A GUIDE TO THE HIDEOUS DAMSELS

A pandemic is sweeping across the globe, turning women young and old into deadly monsters. Ariana Donatella is the battle-scarred 17-year-old who understands them best, because she (inadvertently) created them. Armed with a guidebook of angsty drawings from her childhood, she sets off on a quest to find her younger sister and unmutate her from the screaming squid creature she's become. Her efforts are both helped and hindered by the passive-aggressive antics of a world-renowned epidemiologist who insists on tagging along in the hopes of finding a permanent cure.
